This was a good place to stay with a variety of restaurants, taxi pick up, and the staff was polite and helpful. There is a small supermarket directly across the street which was convenient. The one issue is the very small and crowded breakfast room. Food was not laid out logically, with bread at one end and the toaster at the other. People were constantly bumping into each other as they tried to select their food from the buffet.

Generally, thebhotel is in the best location, only the rooms are a bit in cheap condition for a 4* hotel in a vibrant city like Dubai. However, the staff is generally very professional and polite, with only one minor point: the room's relatively low status.

Conveniently located in the Business Bay area..just 7 mins taxi to the Dubai mall and Burj Kalifa. Citymax Business Bay offers great value for a very comfortable stay. Rooms are quiet with comfortable beds. Full breakfast offerings and very helpful staff. Onsite offers Sports bar, Asian restaurant, and 24hr coffee and snack area on ground floor. Rooftop pool...what else do you need? Great value stay.

We booked a standard double bed room and there was an issue with our bathroom. We spoke with the reception, they were very helpful. They apologised for the invonvinence and gone beyond and over and upgraded our room to a huge family suite. The staff and management were very friendly, breakfast buffet was very good for the price as well.

Dear Santish, I just wanted to provide some feedback on my recent stay at CityMax Business Bay. Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel, with comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. However, I do have a small suggestion for improvement. As a British customer who enjoys a traditional cup of tea, I was disappointed to see that the room only had powdered milk available. Many British tea drinkers prefer to use fresh milk in their tea, as it provides a richer and creamier taste. I would recommend providing small cartons of fresh milk in the rooms for guests who prefer this option. I did, of course, ask for non powdered milk on no less than 3 occasions to 3 different people and they all said politely that it was not possible for me to have any. I hope you will consider this feedback for future guests, as it would greatly enhance the tea-drinking experience for British customers staying at CityMax Business Bay. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The hotel is hard to find due to poor signage. The cleanliness is below par, the sheets, chairs and other fabrics were stained along with the ironing board. The iron was broken and taped to be held together. There is absolutely no view.
