Excellent stay in this hotel

I spent 10 days in this hotel and it was very good. The rooms are well decorated despite they are quite small. The hotel is well maintained and the staff at the reception and the housekeeping team were very professional. The simming pool is small but nice. I will come again of the price is good.

Do not be misled by those modern two towers. The hotel itself is at the base but when you enter it has the feeling of an upgraded motel. Rooms small. Terrible breakfast. Smelly corridors. Not centrally located and anyone staying there will have very different impressions of Dubai. We booked two nights but left after one. A one to two stars is more appropriate. This is not a four star property.

Excellent Location, Good value for money

The location of this hotel is excellent, It is right next to the Metro station and Burjuman Mall. The mall has an excellent spread of cuisines and a carrefour supermarket. Staff are friendly. The room size maybe a bit small but this is good value for money.

The customer service attitude of all staff members was good. I liked how they tried to accommodate my requests. I would like to go to the bar and sushi restaurant again. I will use this hotel again next time I come to Dubai.

Medium to good.

Good price-quality ratio. All clean, good service, decent breakfast. Not a wonderful view and not very soundproof windows. I suggest checking the équipement of the rooms at check in. I had to ask around for towels at 3am on my arrival.

All was great even the room they allocated to me was for the senior citizen or handicapp room BUT later was changed Thank you ONLY request was for your regulars NOT to charge for early check in because i paid for 4hrs early i paid nearly teh full rate. Otherwise all was good

It was a great welcome with all smile from receptionist and she was right their location is very accessible for everything during stay, metro is very near, shopping you can do it is just our neighbor only. Cheap perfume and branded clothes available in one shop only. I don’t know if their entrance door if they fixed already ☺️

Spent a three days stopover on the way to southeastern Asia. They paid attention to all my requests concerning the room. Staff were courteous and accommodating. Room was pretty worn out and the old carpeted floor emanated a weird odour, no matter how thoroughly it may have every day been cleaned. Bathroom was large with a tub to sit in. However there were lots of black hair threads on the floor, tub and sink. Complained at the reception and the hair problem had hardly been fixed. Hotel is ideally located between Bur Dubai and Karama directly at Bur Juman Mall and Metro Station. The high rate seems to be justified rather by the location than by quality and comfort.

Good budget hotel for staying in Dubai

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Overall the room was clean and comfortable, and services were timely. Staff members were courteous and helped us with getting cabs as well as getting a few documents printed for free when we needed them urgently. The rooftop bar provided nice sweeping views of the citu particularly the Frame. The one drawback of the hotel was the tiny room size. With our 3 large suitcases it felt a cramped to move around the room. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of Burjuman metro station and Burjuman mall. So that was a great plus as it eased our travel around Dubai city. There are a lot of eating options in and around the hotel. We had not paid for the in-house breakfast since there were so many other options available close by. It is not very far from the airport either. Overall it was a safe and convenient stay.

The room fekt like a box. Very old, very outdated and not well maintained. Sauna and Steam bath, close at 19h ! Poor breakfast, little choice, no real coffe, no omlette stand. Shower, went from cold to hot. Not a 4* star by a mile, certainly not worth £140/night.

This hotel is perfectly located right at Burjaman Metro Station (an underground station which serves both the green and red metro lines) and right beside Burjuman Mall. We were able to effortlessly take the metro to the airport and be there about 25 minutes after checking out.
