The hotel is very well decorated and well maintained, the staff are constantly cleaning and tidying. The breakfast is good will plenty of choice. The restaurant meals are very nice and good value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile, I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, few minutes from Dubai downtown. Staff super nice ! Restaurant is open long hours breakfast 6:30am - dinner closed by 10:30pm coffee shop inside the hotel & many stores walking distance 24/7 … public transportation walking distance from the hotel . Can on time & only 20 minutes from the airport

Location, location, location

Great location. You are close to the beach, shopping and dining. I can't save enough good things about the staff. Very friendly! Pro tip: There is Spinney's grocery store within a 10 min walk. You can get beer/alcohol there. Just go around to the back and bring your passport.

The hotel was fine. But there is one thing. My neighbor, who lives in the neighboring apartment, set the alarm clock for 5 am during 3 days. The alarm clock did not ring but vibrated. I could hear it very well in my room. I told the staff and security at the hotel several times. Nothing changed. I knocked on neighbor's door by myself, he did not open the door. This went on for 3 days, instead of resting I would wake up at 5am and wonder how to resolve the issue with my neighbor. His room number is room 105.

La prima stanza era umida, con odore di muffa e i vestiti l’indomani mattina erano bagnati e uno scarafaggio che gironzolava. Ho rinite cronica e ho dovuto prendere antistaminici per stare meglio. Dopo una settimana mi hanno cambiato camera (questa ok) e promesso un cesto di frutta che però non ho mai ricevuto. Anche mio marito ha avuto la febbre a 39 con acquisto di Paracetamolo, insomma esperienza deludente nel complesso.
Sembra strano, ma devo dire grazie a questo scarafaggio, per farmi cambiare di stanza, ho avuto una crisi di rinite allergica appena entrata nella 1 stanza al primo piano n.150, una puzza di muffa e i miei vestiti all’indomani erano bagnati.
Subito abbiamo chiesto il cambio ma non c’è stato nulla da fare, hanno mandato un fattorino a spruzzare un deodorante per ambienti, che è stato peggio per la mia Rinite, mio marito ha avuto la febbre a 39 per tutta questa umidità.
