Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. It really felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. One front desk team member stood out—he greeted us with a warm smile, checked us in efficiently, and handled a room delay with genuine courtesy. He offered great advice on visiting the Burj Khalifa while we waited and later gave helpful restaurant recommendations. His kindness and hospitality set the tone for our entire stay.
