"This is one of those rare, exquisite properties you don't think exist anymore. The proprietor met us at the front desk, showed us to our room, which was a great price and had AMAZING views. "We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer. Our room had the most comfortable king size bed of our vacation. We enjoyed being able to utilize a kitchen separate from the room. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The owner Tony, was very kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you for the lovely stay, we hope to come back one day."

"We stayed here to weather the storm with the power being out at home. Could not be more impressed with the accommodation here. We expected from the two star rating that it would be basic but all the fixtures and fittings were of a good quality and generally it was a pleasure to stay here. "We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the freshly prepared breakfast was delicious. The location is out of the way, but it has a very nice view, and it is quiet. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and their border collie, Molly, gave us a wonderful show bringing in the sheep for the evening (they have a working hobby farm). "
