"Staff were nice. However Room cleanliness wasnt great, i did request another room but they were unable to change us over as we hadnt booked direct - so jad to settle with a room full of cobwebs and very stained carpet. Also the room was far too warm. The first morning we ordered breakfast and it didn't arrive despite us reminding staff numerous times.
