"Very helpful, welcoming staff. clean room, good shower. Excellent breakfast. The only disadvantage was that it was a very warm evening and there was no air conditioning working."

"Apartment was spacious, but very shabby. It needs to be re-painted! Rooms were comfortable It is a convenient distance from the coach station and the shopping area, but the area is very rough, and didn't always feel safe. It was also very noisy outside at night - lots of people yelling in the streets just outside of the building. Rooms were comfortable"

"Had a really lovely night away for our 20th wedding anniversary. Our room was on the 6th floor and looked directly at the cathedral which was great. The room and bathroom were spotless with great tea/coffee making facilities especially the teabags which made a lovely cup of tea. The bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast in the morning was fantastic with lots of things to choose from. Will hopefully be back again!"

"Staff on property are great - very kind, helpful and will go out of their way to help you out best they can. My room, a suite, was a bit Worn Out in general. The couch was a bit stained and very worn looking, the ottoman was collapsed on one side, a bit unsightly. The bathroom was pretty large and nice, however, the shower handle came off and it was very hard to get the temperature to the right hot or cold - I mean very challenging. The room was a bit dusty - the air vents needed new filters for sure. and lastly the best thing was the Air Con worked great - it was hot while I was there, and once the air con was turned on for the trip, it worked excellently."

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Check-in was very smooth and easy, which made us feel welcome straight away, The hotel was great for families with children. They organised evening activities for kids, and my three children absolutely loved them. It made our stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank a gentleman at the reception desk who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed anything, and his outstanding customer service made a real difference to our experience. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
