"The room we stayed in - AC was not working. The room was very warm during our stay (there were no open windows either) - which caused discomfort and broken sleep. "Honestly I just spent 3 days in that hotel and if there was a word better than flawless and amazing I would use it. 10/10 and highly recommend."

"Good choice"

"Not my first visit. Good local for catching up with friends between London and Wales. Has everything need. Good choice of restaurants. Entertainment from bowling to nightclub/casino. A spa. Easy parking"

"Nice hotel, decent gym and good breakfast. Was upgraded to an executive room with my Leonardo membership."

Breakfast was excellent and a real highlight of our stay. There was a fantastic selection of...
