"The husband and wife that own it were very friendly, didn't bother you, but were available if you needed them. The breakfast was fenomenal. Check in and out was easy. The house was beautiful and the decor was relevant to the period of the home. I would highly recommend staying."

"Beautiful setting! Unique property Rustic yet sophisticated. Food is outstanding Music on the porch on Sundays is wonderful"

"Pretty quiet, but the people in the motor home were loud. Definitely bring anything you need, with you. Didn't have an opportunity to try the healing springs water."

"Breakfast was great and so we're the rooms."

"Our family had a great experience. Customer service was excelent. This is the place where we will stay when we visit Boone again!"

"We has to change room 3 times the first one the toliet kept running all night ask to be fixed they said they did but it kept running. Second room refrigerator didn't work. Third room had one roll of toliet paper no body lotion and mirrors weren't cleaned. Breakfast had no coffee ask for some took about 15minutes floors and tables dirty also no food when we arrived at 7am. We went later to sit on deck that was dirty and so was breakfest room at 8 at night."

"Everyone was super helpful, especially after one of us had an ankle injury out on a hike. They were responsive and accommodating. The location to Boone and Blowing Rock restaurants was perfect. It had a great view and was very clean!"

"Safe and decent location. Staff was responsive when talked to but, generally indifferent, property was relatively clean in the rooms but some trash in hallways and common areas. If you need a place to stay a couple nights, it’s not a risky choice."
