"We booked two rooms through the Hotel La Fonda de Taos website which uses Expedia services. One room was uninhabitable with numerous health and safety concerns (pictures attached): large and small stains on the mattress (blood? urine?) and stains on the pillow case; over two dozen (we stopped counting) long and short black hairs on bed sheets, bed pad, and stained rug; more black hairs on the bathroom floor, in the tub, and a large clump of hair on the tub wall; random oblong and small round...

"We love it here and stay a few times a year. The staff is always wonderful and helpful, the breakfast is delicious and it’s walking distance from everything you want to do."

"My wife and I love going to the Taos Inn for special occasions. We love the whole vibe there: it’s cozy, comfortable and friendly. We start in the bar where we always have a fun bartender and server. A side note: that bar is one of the FEW in the state that have the ingredients for a Rusty Nail!! Thank you. Then it’s over to Doc Martin’s for a delicious dinner. There is always music in the lobby area to wrap up the evening. But unfortunately we had an issue during this stay. It was raining that...

"Outstanding customer service, clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet property."

"The staff was amazing! Both Claudia and Amy went above and beyond! They made my stay si enjoyable!"

"The setting and hotel were absolutely lovely! Close by but not right in the center of town, which gets pretty noisy at night. Walking distance to the Taos Plaza and numerous restaurants. Peggy, the owner, has owned and lovingly managed it for 30 years. It is the kind of place you'd love to stay for a week, relaxing in the sun in chairs on the patio and enjoying the delicious breakfasts. Would stay here again if we ever return to Taos. It's kinda hard to get there from Boston area, but so worth...

"The staff was very helpful."

"It was a very nice place to stay. Our Band, Cowboy Sweetheart, played at this venue also, so it was very handy to stay there as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Old Taos Guesthouse is nicely located 2 miles drive from Taos Old Town Plaza. (Stop at Taos Cow ice cream shop on the way into town!!) The price was very reasonable & included breakfast, which was delicious. The property is lovely and very quiet. My only complaint is with our particular room (#7). The room was very large with a working fireplace, however there was no shelves/chest of drawers for clothes or even a luggage rack to open your suitcase. The wardrobe had only 4 hangers. I would...

"My only place to stay in Taos! From the scratch made warm berry muffins served at breakfast, to the super comfy bedding and quiet rooms, and the amazing Xochitl and Jody constantly delivering stellar vibes and service! I am always sad to leave and planning my next visit!"

"I love everything about this place. Thank you"

"Nice stay. Vernon was very helpful"
