"Everything was perfect"

"Big rooms, very clean!!"

"Loved the location and beautiful views. We were able to check in early, which was great, but our room was downgraded from balcony to just a window view. That was a little disappointing. Otherwise we loved everything about it."

"I booked here because of the sauna and the hot tubs. The sauna was broken. The hot tubs had bunches of hair floating in the tubs, not to mention there was a large pile of what felt like sand in the hot tub and when ya looked up there is obvious signs of mold damage with rusty pipes. The elevators are a trip. Historically, cool building, but as far as luxury, not so much."

"Great location. Rooms are a little old, but whatever. Would stay here again."

"Very good"

"This was a decent pet friendly stay. It was in a great location. The pet amenities were really great, but the closest place to pee was so far away (the waterfront) though. They should have a patch in the garage for late night wees. Breakfast looked good but we didn’t want to pay extra for it. I loved the lobby and the style of the hotel and the beds were so comfy."

"this place was very nice 10 out of 10 recommend"

"The staff met me outside with a warm greeting, carried my luggage, answered many questions, and were very friendly"

"Clean room. Better if the water pressure could be more stronger. Staff is friendly. Great location with cops all over the Vicinity esp with high end shoppers."

"Very nice"

"ห้องพักกว้าง ทำเลดี"

"Staff was great. Damien was so helpful at the reception for recommending places to eat which were very close for breakfast lunch and dinner"

"Best place, the room was so go"

"My room smelled like body odor when I arrived. My room key never worked right for the parking garage and they say parking height is 6’11” but really after the first few garage levels, it’s 6’8” clearance. I give it 4 stars. Still a pretty nice stay."
