"Our only complaint, was it was there's a lot of construction going on in due tours.So it wasn't always convenient getting back to a parking lot.In the evening. Other than that everything was excellent"

"A/C not working properly as room was hot and muggy. Complained and they gave us a very noisy box fan and couldn't sleep or watch tv with it on. Tv only worked properly some of the time. Had construction noise next or under our room that was extremely loud which started up every morning by about 8am.Room was also right above trash bins which created more racket. Indoor swimming pool was tiny and chlorine smell was unbearable. Our suite was the smallest we've ever stayed in. Had to call for a hair...

"Don't take room number 10,it had a stained,musty ,smelly carpet.Room didn't have a nice fresh smell. I didn't complain because we got in the hotel late,but next day I saw other rooms with wooden,fresh floor and nice smell. The staff very nice and helpful. Lady in the restaurant makes waffles and breakfast on request but only till 8-8.30. If you come after 9 (breakfast till 10) there won't be much food left."

"The front desk had a person but I had to check in thru a kiosk with a serpate employee that I couldn’t understand. Then the AC worked for a few hours then stopped working. Room was 80 degrees the whole night. The Breakfest staff was extremely nice and accommodating"

"Very nice staff, good breakfast (croissants were shockingly good), comfortable beds. Our only issues were small. Different parts of the room had very different temperatures. Plastic cups a bummer. Ran out of shampoo. But really none of that detracted from the stay."

"If you’re hesitant to book at the lodge, don’t be. It is cozy, clean, and homey. My son and I stayed one night and were impressed by both the hospitality of the staff as well as the comfort and cleanliness of the room. We will absolutely stay at Marin Lodge when we’re in the area again!"

"Outstanding new hotel, with modern bathrooms and kitchenettes. Would love for the property to also have a hot tub; the pool was a nice refresher after the heat of the day. 10/10 recommend!"

"Stayed with my family overnight. They didn’t have a fridge nor microwave in the room, which I believe every motel must have. Additionally, there was no shampoo in the bathroom."

"Would not book here again. Needed a place to stay with a few days notice. Our room had an odd smell and I had to buy an air freshener spray."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Senza. The location is perfect off a main road yet set back a bit that you feel like you’re in a country setting. The room is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the Nespresso in the room. The bed was very comfortable with high end linens. The only reason we didn’t give it all 5 stars is because we found hair in the shower and the pool was not clean and cold. Overall we had a great time!!"

"No towels. No soap. No shampoo. Nothing. Had to go down to office several times to ask the very friendly and helpful staff member for items. Bathroom was very dirty. Brown stuff all over the walls, that comes right off with a damp towel. Hair all over the beds. Shower was completely filled with dirt and sand. Also, only a tiny fraction of toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival. Had to ask staff for that as well. For what I paid, it was more money than it’s worth. Very saddened that I had to...

"Property always clean and welcoming. Staff helpful and accommodating. The only thing I don’t like, I some rooms the television is on the side wall of the room, uncomfortable after a while"

"Nice hotel. We have 2 complaints: 1. There was no non-dairy milk for breakfast. 2. No elevator. We chose a 2nd floor room and the front desk did not let us know about no elevator until I asked after we were about to go to room. The clerk should have anticipated that two 80+ seniors would not want to lug suitcases up steps."
