"Nice clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Hot breakfast and coffee in the morning."

"There was a roach crawling on our bathroom walls and we also found dead ones under the desk."

"Room was clean pool was great. Breakfast was good"

"Parking to breakfast was great."

"Travelled for business. Great place to stay. Breakfast is always good at holiday inn express"

"Our go-to in the Columbia area. Spacious rooms, amazing staff and generally well-maintained (light bulbs often out in studios, tv remotes slow, but nothing major.) Outdoor patio is delightful with couches and a firepit. Proximity to highway and airport a major plus."

"Part of my low rating wad due to reconstruction that I wish I had know about. The breakfast kitchen lady on morning 1 was rude. On morning 2 she seem to hate her job. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbors intimacy sessions. I did get to move to another room but there were no more king beds available. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and provided care daily. This was a noce touch! Hats off to them and the check in counter staff who recognized me as human and was pleasant....

"Bathroom very small and outdated. Clogged tub and leaky faucet. Dim lighting. Old, thin towels."

"We stay at this location often and enjoy proximity to convenient eating options, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Free breakfast is a plus."

"The breakfast was good Only one elevator worked our entire stay. Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, which it wasn’t. When I got into the room there was barely any toilet paper. I had to ask for a roll. A few days later they came to clean my room and still left the other toilet roll dispenser empty. I had to again request toilet paper. I travel frequently, that was the first time I had to request toilet paper."
