"good"

"We arrived into Ruidoso early so we decided to stop at the office and ask if we could check in early. The person who I spoke to had an attitude and treated me as if this had never been asked before. Had the cabin not been ready or if I had just been told no I would have been fine with that. This particular unit could use some updating, worn stained carpet, broken blinds, and huge crack in the bathroom counter. Three different mornings the smoke detector went off while we showered which we did...

"Very nice place and area of Ruidoso. The property was clean, the staff was friendly, the parking was close and the fireplace worked well. The checkout wasn't too early and they were flexible had we needed to stay later."

"It was really good never had any problems staff is very helpful"

"Great place to stay."

"I stayed at this property once before about 7 years ago. I had a decent memory from it. But this recent stay could not have been further from my memory. The property was absolutely filthy and unkept. Looks like there has been nearly no maintenance in the last 7 years, and was a sad shell of the property I remembered. To top it off there was a used Panda Express cup left on the counter in my room. A testament to the issue."

"Great stay. Staff was courteous and the place was well maintained. The rooms were clean and cozy."

"Excellent coffee and hospitality."

"I would not stay here again. The property is not well kept, breakfast was not actually breakfast but a dirty setup of a waffle iron and coffee. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom, in the towels, and the shower drain was clogged."

"Older property, but remodeled. Well kept. I will stay there again."

"Great stay!"

"Estaba céntrico"

"Las fotos que estan en la pagina no son las mismas de la propiedad"
