"I attend a yearly conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. I have previously stayed at the Ramada due to its convenient proximity to the convention center, basic comfort and cleanliness. Everything was fine until midnight of my second night when drainage water from rooms above me backed up into my bathroom sink and flooded my room. The hotel was fully booked and had no other room for me. The only thing they could do was get me a room in a sister property two miles away. I had to pack up, drive. to the other hotel and finally get to. bed past 2:00 AM. Barely got 3 to 4 hours of sleep before having to be at my conference by 7:30 AM. To his credit, the manager did offer me a two nights refund and gave me a room on the third floor for my last night. I like this hotel. I suppose that plumbing disasters can happen anywhere. I just wish that they would keep one or two rooms free for such eventualities. If I return to this property I will make sure to request a room on an upper floor."

"Nothing special; didn’t honor our reservation The hotel didn’t honor our reservation for adjoining rooms to accommodate two adults and two kids. When we asked for other options - like smaller beds just so we could be adjoined - they refused those as well. I don’t recommend this hotel. "

"We loved our stay here! Pool was heated, which the kids loved!! Staff were friendly and helpful! The rooms were cleaned well, daily!! Only constructive criticism is that the breakfast wasn’t very good. Would have been nice to have some healthier options. "
