"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "

"O prédio é mt bonito! No início levei um susto qdo disseram q eles ñ trabalhavam com o Hoteis.com há 3 anos! Mas, depois, localizaram minha reserva. Fora este susto, o atendimento foi mt bom. Alguns detalhes precisam ser melhorados, principalmente, no banheiro: Vazamento de água no box para o restante do banheiro; a localização do papel higiênico (molha); a torneira da pia estava solta e tb a falta de uma saboneteira (infelizmente, comum no Peru e Equador)."

"Bed was comfortable and room size was good. Breakfast lacked substance, but was varied slightly each day. Portion sizes were small. The 'buffet' was split between two rooms. There is not enough seating at breakfast. I had to wait for people to finish on one occasion.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hostal has a 'silence after 9pm' policy. "The hotel was well situated and easy to get to. Walking distance to many activities, shops churches and museums etc Room was nice and clean each time we returned from our outings. The only inconvenience was not being able to go out early for church service as the hotel was closed until 7.30am. A Comfortable stay in beautiful city that Cuenca turned out to be. "
