โรงแรมและที่พักดาวน์ทาวน์ อาร์ตส์ ดิสทริกต์

"We were really excited to finally stay here. The view and location were fantastic, but unfortunately the condition of our room really impacted the stay. From the time we arrived, there was a very noticeable musty/mildew smell in the room. It was late, so rather than asking to move rooms, we assumed the smell would dissipate. Unfortunately, it never did, and by the end of our stay the odor was strong enough that we both felt nauseous. We also noticed what appeared to be moisture-related issues...

"Very quiet, very clean, loved the hot breakfast. Staff was super helpful and you can’t beat the location."

"Great place near everything but lacks parking"

"The beach ir right outside your room. The staff is amazing"

"Don’t be fooled by the recent, raving reviews. This place scammed me out of my $100+ booking. I showed up to check in, but the front lobby was dimly lit and locked. Tried to get my money back with no luck. Spend your money elsewhere. Much better options located in Port Orange."

"A property right on the beach, clean, great staff"

"It was nice to have a full kitchen but the metal bed frames stuck out further then the mattresses, stubbing toe and shins hazard, the front room was musty smelly, no elevator and not ha ing a staff member on site was very inconvenient at times. Loved the location, the ocean views and the pool."

"I loved my stay."

"The balcony and room were great. The hot tub wasn’t even warm which was a main reason we chose this hotel."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful."
