"I think I expected too much; it was definitely a great experience, but there is still a lot of work to do within the top floors of the hotel. The lifts weren't working to go directly to our floor, and I was with my 76-year-old mother, so we went the roundabout way and the shower wasn't accessible for her as it's still within the bathtub, which was too high for her to be able to climb in and out safely. Breakfast is definitely 10/10 with alot of options. Convenient location."

"Didn’t get off to a good start with staff approaching us asking if we were day guests when we arrived early and were waiting for our room to be ready. Then the door handle on one of our rooms was broken and unable to lock. They attempted to fix it and ended up upgrading our room as I was unhappy that the lock did not work. My 5 year old son absconds as he has autism so we needed to ensure his safety. Regardless, we did not expect to be hassled by staff about being day guests and we did not need...
