"This was our second stay at Elfordleigh, set in beautiful grounds andvery convenient for plymouth yet you feel you are in the country. Food is lovely and plenty of it . Staff at Elfordleigh were very friendly and accommodating even letting us use new showers in the golf block after we checked out so we were refreshed fot the theatre show. Pool and spa area was also very good.Really enjoyed are stay and we will definitely be back"

"Beautiful place, beautiful room and amazing food. I was a little bit disappointed that breakfast has now become a buffet for the "continental" part of it, even drinks are self serve. When we were there before it was all traditional table service and felt a bit nicer. It was still a great breakfast I would just prefer the old way! The outdoor pool was lovely and the spa was nice too. Views are incredible. Staff are veryfriendly and welcoming.Would definitely go back!"

"Stunning country castle style hotel. Rooms finished to a very high standard. Staff were wonderfully attentive, seemed genuinely pleased to help and proud of their establishment. Packed with history and a real oasis of peace and comfort. Afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious with a wide choice of options.
