A notre arrivee, le réceptionniste nous donne la clé, on monte et on trouve la chambre ultra sale, le mobilier couvert de draps ce qui prouve que la chambre nest pas utilisable, on réclame un chambre propre et le valet de chambre s'énerve et nous cei dessus au sein de la réception, je salue l'effort du directeur mais ce n'est pas une boisson qui pourra nous satisfaire.

Staff was very friendly. Beautiful pool. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cool when it was 115 deg outside. Great base camp for your Sahara adventures.

Bel hôtel propre situé un peu à l’extérieur de la ville qui est localisé entre les Palmeraies et le désert 🐪 donc très paisible et tranquille et le désert accessible à pied.

A magnificent old feeling oasis in the desert. Impeccable service from a friendly professional staff. I arrived late on a long bud ride and the had my dinner kept for me and the bar open. You do not find this level of service in the USA.

This was easily the most expensive and least enjoyable of all the places we stayed at during our month-long travel of Tunisia. The bellhop was pushy, the receptionists charged our credit card twice and it became an argument to get the refund, and we were initially given a room without working air conditioning. Later we were moved to a room that looked like it was part of the projects - torn carpets, dirty, leaky plumbing. Sadly, this hotel is heading in the direction of all the other abandoned hotels in the area.

Le menage ds la chambre laisse a désirer..poussiere sur les meubles ..poussiere au sol ..brosse dess toilettes tres sale ...pas de bouchon pour la baignoire ...la piscine interieure est vide alors que sur le site elle y est stipulee !!!! Le personnel fait vraiment tout ce qu ils peuvent mais sont en service restreint

The property was very nice. We checked in at the same time a bus arrived so it would have been nice if the 2nd guy at the front desk had been helping as opposed to talking to a friend of his. The food was very good - the staff in the dining area were very friendly and the room was clean with a good view. Overall - I would go back

hôtel idéalement situé pour le festival de Douz, personnel très accueillant et agréable. Chambre vraiment confortable, avec tous les équipements, sauf les coffres fort qui ne fonctionnaient pas dans les 2 chambres. piscine vraiment belle, mais en plein décembre, nous n'avons pas pu en profitez Gros bémol sur le Hammam, étant un habitué des saunas/hammam, dans celui-ci, il faisait froid, très froid. Et la présence d'un gros cafard m'a fait dire que l'hygiène ne devait pas être TOP.

L'hôtel est très agréable, avec une belle terrasse autour de la piscine. Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement pour le festival de Douz. Le seul point noir est le manque de considération des touristes, aucun service en terrasse pour un petit café. Le seul endroit possible était le bar, les hôtels servant de l'alcool, vous retrouvez tous les hommes de la ville!

I love this hotel! Being there felt like going to a giant family reunion even if I didn't know anyone. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel special. The kitchen did an amazing job of cranking out 300 meals buffet style for dinner some nights I was there. Always something delicious to eat. My room was comfortable and quiet. The security was good, I always felt safe. There was a delicious coffee shop and restaurant also just outside the gates. I went for the Douz festival and that was just down the street. I just wish the wifi was better but it worked fine if you sat in the reception area or in the little bar there.

This place was filthy. I can’t believe they get good ratings. The floors are stained and extremely dirty. There is carpet in the hallways and it’s like they have not ever been vacuumed in years and years. In my room the floors were dirty, dust on every surface, mirrors splattered from previous occupants, and the bed covering was dirty with wads of hair and dried up contact lenses. The bathroom towels we’re very old with frayed edges. After I arrived I asked them to clean my room and they did not. But the next day I found a cleaner and personally asked them. they say that they have a multi-lingual staff at the front desk. They know only a few words of English and not enough to actually help you very much. in the restaurant there is a wide food selection but very little of it tastes good. At breakfast they only want to give you tiny salad plates. If you ask for a normal sized plate so that you can actually spread your pancakes out they will argue with you. I cannot believe I paid as much as I did for this place! Total rip off. I would never stay here again.

Ja foi um bom hotel... Não se engane pelas fotos.!
Esse hotel ja deve ter tido seus anos de gloria.. mas hoje é uma decandencia só. O café da manha é fraco e o jantar horroroso. O atendimento fraco.. O café acaba bem cedo e tive que comer correndo. O hotel fica localizado fora da zona central de Douz o que é bom por um lado mas você deverá ter localização proxima.

Hotel accueillant bien placé et personnel gentil Période du festival et fin d'année donc complet. C'était difficile de trouver de la nourriture disponible après 30mn de l'heure du dîner ou petit déjeuner.... Sinon super animation avec une troupe de musique orientale! Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

Très beau hôtel qui mérite ses quatres étoiles.
Un grand hotel très calme et bien placé aux portes du désert. Les activités quad ballade en chameau sont à proximité. J'ai beaucoup aimé la piscine couverte en eau thermale chaude. Je me suis bien relaxé. Il y a beaucoup de choix en restauration. Le personnel est très souriant et disponible.

客室の設備がとても良かったです。 ベッドもふかふかで、洗濯のいい匂いが漂い、バスタブも付いていて、疲れをとる事が出来ました。

Ottimo punto d'appoggio per i tuor nel deserto
Al momento della prenotazione era una delle soluzioni più economiche a Douz e la qualità è complessivamente buona. La struttura è bella, la manutenzione però non è il massimo. Se volete partire per un tour del deserto diffidate dei consigli del personale alla reception, meglio fare un giro per Douz e informarsi presso le numerose agenzie che organizzano i tour e le altre attività nel deserto.
