We booked a family room - it's an ensuite room with a double bed and an upstairs room with single beds for the kids.(They loved having their own space upstairs.) "Martina made us feel so special and helped us beyond duty. She even checked to see if we ca wrap our luggage at Walvis on our way back to SA. "It was a beautiful old style hotel. It is still under renovation some part of hotel. But it was quite and cozy. "

"What an amazing place and the mgt. was so kind and considerate. I went back twice on my return and was in a bind as I was driving late at night. The mgt. helped organize a room through security since they were not on site due to my timing. So helpful and when mingling with guests there was only a positive vibe (both times)."
