"A lovely establishment right at the center of everything, beach restaurants, bars and shops. Nelly at reception and her coworkers were absolutely kind and helpful. They booked my transfers, activities and had great recommendations of places to eat etc. I was room 21, just over the bar. Room is spacious and beautifully decorated. "This is a hidden gem… a beautiful hotel clean rooms and lovely staff The hotel is right on the beach in Long Island, this is between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay Anita and Dulcie were amazing hosts and perfect concierge services for all the activities."

"A very old and worn-out building. Musty smell. Wobbly floorboards. No air-con. I was hassled twice to move my motorcycle to an inadequate parking place, even though I had booked an apartment with parking. The receptionist behaved a bit oddly, putting pressure on me to but her a drink, which was uncomfortable. I booked two days, but left after one. In quite a good location to walk along the sea front. Swakopmund is a nice town."

"Great hotel in the heart of Swakopmund, very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice balconies. Even without A/C, the room was plenty cool at night during my New Year stay. The staff are wonderful and very helpful with booking activities. Just a heads-up: your private fridge is located in a shared kitchen area for your section rather than in the room. Breakfast is standard for Namibia. I would definitely stay here again!"
