"I had reservation there when I arrive they didn't even want to receive me I had to wait I made my payment online a month ago they even received that this was already paid transport the driver didn't want help me upload my items also I didn't even know where we were going he charges extra"

"Stayed overnight. No water I couldn't wash myself, a/c bearly working, no internet connection, no bar to have a coffe fresh water, no restaurant to have a meal, staff barely talking at all in any language....realy sad atmosphere. I use to stay in this hotel and it was a decent place totally opposit of what is now."
