Room was basic. Had to ask to get a second towel. Asked or an iron, was told THE iron they have wasn't working. Bar staff used the age-old excuse of not having change, to self tip.

J'ai un séjour passable à l'hôtel la Falaise de Bonanjo. Le tout était ok, propreté, accueil, service mais le problème que j'ai eu est que, en faisant ma réservation en ligne, on m'à fait payé plus que ce que je devais payé. Réclamant à la direction de l'hôtel de me rembourser, on m'a répondu de réclamer à la société qui m'ai aidé de faire la réservation je ne sais pas alors quoi faire.

L’accueil est franchement excecrable. À l’arrivée j’ai du attendre plus de 45 minutes pour avoir accès à la chambre. L’hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseurs et les chambres sont franchement du niveau d’un 2 étoiles. Le service wifi est dysfonctionnel et il semble avoir une école qui partage les locaux de l’hôtel.

Demander chambre série 700

Il a fallu insister pour avoir la catégorie de chambre réservée, une chambre nettement plus petite nous avait été attribuée. Impossible d'avoir une serviette par personne le soir de l'arrivée. Sinon grande piscine très agréable. Le buffet du soir et du petit déjeuner sont à recommander. Attention toutefois à 'e pas vous faire arnaquer sur l'addition (c'est le Cameroun !).

Godt hotel med en dejlig svømmepool

Dejligt og renlig hotel i det administrativkvarter i Douala. Hotellet har desuden en skøn svømmepool, som desværre ikke er belyst om natten/aften ligesom man kender det herhjemme. De få minusser tæller: dårlig og ustabil WiFi forbindelse. Et enkelt håndklæde tilgængeligt på værelset, selvom der var tale om et dobbeltværelse for to personer. Køleskabet var ikke sluttet til strøm, selvom jeg havde reserveret og bekræftet min ankomst. Ellers var det et godt ophold på dette hotel.

Small hotel in a decent neighborhood

the pool is lovely, the meal was tasty, the staff was pleasant this time, the room was better than last time. Still no shuttle to airport for the early flight to Yaounde.
