"An amazing hotel in fantastic location in the heart of Old Town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless and pool area lovely. The restaurants were fabulous (great cocktails), a good selection at breakfast ( my only complaint was the orange squash but I found a shop nearby to buy fresh squeezed juice). A very traditional hotel with a chilled vibe. Very close to the shops and marina . I would highly recommend."

Selbst nach mehrmaligem zusenden unserer Personalien, forderte man uns auf, unsere Reisepässe an eine Handynummer zu schicken. Bei der Ankunft um 2:30 Uhr Nachts, mussten wir erst einmal herumtelefonieren, um überhaupt in unsere Unterkunft zu kommen. Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht und auch 4 Reisepässe angegeben. "The hotel is cute and well decorated and also quiet even it’s very close to all stores. The only thing is the room is small so with the wood frame bed, I knocked my knees and feet couple times on it which really hurts. But with the price we paid, it’s a good hotel!"

"The Ruinadalia is a stunning property with amazing ruins underneath, which you can tour! It has a gorgeous pool, a good bar and OK restaurant (the menu could use some finessing).the grounds are outstanding and it’s in a terrific location in Old Town. The staff are attentive and helpful. Having said all that, we cannot give it a higher rating due to the condition of the property. Paint chipping, gigantic scratches in the wood floor in our room, pool umbrellas falling apart, the safe in our room...

"The hotel is not worth it for that price the service is not good I called them two times because of the fridge and they end up bringing me toilet paper I don’t like the service I paid over $170 for this price the hotel should be way better"
