Good stop on long journey along the A2

Good stop between Calais and Berlin. Lots of facilities close to hotel, Ikea, McDonald’s, fuel, KFC etc….

A bad stay

Arrived 3am check in easy. Room smelled of stale cigarettes but had driven for hours and tired wanted to get into bed., Air conditioning didn’t work so woke up drenched at 6am called reception for a fan, they made me go down and pick it up at that time in the morning. Terrible service, terrible breakfast, terrible overall. Didn’t even get the room I booked - superior with robes, got none of that. As a platinum member I expect better , really disappointed

Das Zimmer war groß und o.k., das Bad allerdings sehr klein und schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wenig überzeugend war, dass Serviceleistungen nur auf Nachfrage bis 21 Uhr verfügbar sind und wir beim Nacht-Check-in darüber noch nicht einmal informiert wurden – für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse enttäuschend. Unsere Begeisterung am nächsten Abend, als die Handtücher noch auf dem Boden lagen, hielt sich deutlich in Grenzen. Erst auf nachdrückliche Bitte wurden wenigstens frische Handtücher und ein Getränkegutschein zur Verfügung gestellt. Frühstück und Parken sind für die Lage sehr teuer, was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dann doch deutlich beeinträchtigt.
Hat leider so gar nicht funktioniert! Handtücher wurden weder gewechselt, noch das Zimmer frisch gemacht.

God komfort og service, rett ved motorveg.

Praktisk at hotellet ligger rett ved motorveg når man er på gjennomreise. Mulighet for sen innsjekk. Hyggelig nattevakt som ga god informasjon og mange nyttige tips for vegen videre. Rommet var stort, luftig med god temperatur og ventilasjon. Ok bad, med badekar. Store og komfortable senger. Vanndispenser i lobby, med mulighet for å ta med seg både kaldt sparkling water og still water opp på rommet, helt gratis. Gode muligheter for parkering. Eneste minus er at parkering er avgiftspliktig. Vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet!
