"Web site said $10 extra for a dog and when I arrived she charged me $20. I told her of the discrepancy and she said she charges more for a bigger dog. That distinction wasn’t on the website. "

"The room was fine. The staff was courteous. Was not informed that the pool was closed until we tried to go and there was a sign on the door saying it was closed. If the pool information has been published we would have booked elsewhere."

"The staff was friendly, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. The room was very hot and I had to run the air conditioner all night to keep it cool (it was in the 40s outside). We could people walking in the room above ours at 11 pm and people in the hallway when their door slammed a couple of times."
