"The gardens were beautiful, the view, outstanding, and breakfast was delicious"

"Very friendly, attentive staff. The garden view suite was very large, beautifully decorated and furnished, however it had not been thoroughly dusted or vacuumed. We had to advise the front desk of a couple of maintenance matters in our bathroom and that we needed the heating turned on and these were promptly attended to. We were surprised that the hotel"

"The room and staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The only downside in service was transportation. This is not a place to go to without a car. Left-side driving an issue for newcomers. The water shutdown on the 15th was such an inconvenience for my daughter who uses the gym before breakfast. Unable to shower until late afternoon. Horrible!"

"Helpful front desk staff and easy parking and location is the best!"

"Clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. Music in bar was enjoyable. A great night's stay."

"Great breakfast! Convenient for all Donegal day tips. Great spot on The Diamond"

"Great hotel !!"

"Place is old. Bathroom had a major leak in the tub. I didn’t know until I got out of the shower and stepped in a giant puddle. The water was discolored and had sediments in it. Staff was rather unfriendly in comparison to the rest of people I dealt with while visiting the country. Didn’t help me much. Can hear people in hall and in rooms next door way too loud. Walls and doors aren’t sound proof. My refrigerator didn’t work."

"Very nice and good value for the money"

"Very helpful staff, nothing to much trouble"
