"First visit to Ireland, stayed two nights at Isaac's Hotel. Great Hotel & Cocktail bar First shout out to the staff, on Reception I was first greeted by Ellen & Vinnie, very cheerful and friendly. At the hotel there's Cask cocktail bar, Mac made me a delicious drink, she was really lovely, the bar itself is amazing, the whole aesthetic of both hotel and bar stunning, great vibes. Later I was greeted by the night porter Pat, great fella In the morning I had breakfast where I was served a delicious meal by the polite Gabrielle, I recommend the Eggs Benedict A second pair of friendly receptionists Nico and Laura greeted me on my second day and made me feel very welcome Later that evening I found myself back at the bar; a pair of lads in particular Luke & Isaac were chatty and friendly too, again another delicious cocktail by Isaac The staff are a credit to the venues. All very knowledgeable and friendly and easy to approach. I would like to come back to Cork and I would definitely stay at this hotel again My room was spacious and clean, comfy bed ample lighting, all around comfortable. Thanks very much everyone ✌️"

"Fantastic but all too short business trip. Warm welcome and upgrade from Gloria to fantastic recommendations from Pavida in The Grill ( food is amazing there). Also have an amazing terrace for chilled out afternoon tea or relaxing drink with friends"

"Loved this place! Such a cool vibe - great lobby, with a resident bar that stays open late, awesome gym, pool/steam room/sauna, helpful and friendly staff. Offers late check out (for fee) and luggage hold. In a very walkable area. You have to key in and key out of the floors outside the lift, so there’s an added layer of security for the rooms. I Loved the mini fridge and water boiler in the room - it made it easy to keep leftovers, make tea, etc in room. They have a filtered water station in the lobby for refill needs. it is next to the train station, but the trains stop running at night, and I used noise cancelling headphones."

"The room was nice and it was really quiet. The staff were nice. I think they could allow guests to exit at all the stairs for more convenience as there is only one way to go out without setting off the alarm. For someone who is claustrophobic i prefer the stairs, they were just confusing to find the only stairwell that went to the lobby. Over all our stay was nice though."

"Property was well-located and the bathroom was quite nice and spacious. There was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and the exterior of the building as there is little soundproofing and the doors do not have soft-close hinges so there was a lot of slamming. If you bring ear plugs, this would be no issue."
