When I was at a dinner meeting, a staff member from the Hotel-Motel rang me to tell me she had packed up our belongings and transferred them to room No 4, as she had double booked No 2. She explained that the rooms were identical. We couldn't find out why they didn't give the other people room No 4 as they were identical. We had to return key to room No 2 when we came back from the dinner meeting and pick the key to room No 4. I also had to remind her that we had stuff in the bathroom and in the fridge. I'm just waiting now till I can't find something. And the bed was particularly HARD and uncomfortable with both of us getting little sleep. The pillow were also very long and uncomfortable. I've never slept on anything else so bad. And another thing: There were 2 down lights lights, one each side of the bed and one low wattage lamp near the fridge - no central light in the main room, so it was very dimly lit. Added to all this, I thought the price was very expensive.
