Sehr schönes Zimmer, nettes Personal an der Rezeption und der Preis war auch absolut in Ordnung. Wenn wieder mal Fasnet in der Nähe ist, kommen wir gerne wieder in die Burg.

In 30 Jahren Aussendienst noch nicht passiert

Auf empfehlung gebucht. Um 17:45 am Hotel angekommen. Alles dunkel und verschlossen. Rezeption nicht erreichbar. Verlässlichkeit finde ich bei Hotels wichtig. Von daher sieht das Hotel mich nicht mehr wieder.
