"Room 142 the bath tub faucet come off while using the shower function due to lack of maintenance. I had to put it back on myself to continue my shower"

"From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for.
