Luxurious feeling and fantastic helpful staff

The most beautiful place I have been in a loong time. We woke up to the sound of waves, perfect rooms, beds and comfort everywhere. Delicious breakfast and nice food in the restaurants. We tried the buffee for lunch and it was luxurious and delicious. All the staff working in all the different services were so kind and helpful. We left for another hotel we had planned but miss this hotel already....

This is a very clean and nice resort to stay. We stayed there for 4 nights and the hospitality is unbelievable. I wish we could stay longer The beach is right there. They have various restaurants too. It was a very welcoming resort and will stay there again!

Had an amazing time at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage. the property is amazing and staff are incredible. There was a big food selection around the property. Pool and pool area was clean and also have staff around to assist. There is a private beach located on property that you can walk on and have many water activates to enjoy. our Room was clean and there was also one everyday to clean and provide clean towels. The staff was super fully and helped make the stay very comfortable. Would recommend the resort for families or even a calm couples getaway. was super impressed with my experience. Would defiantly recommend or go again.

Excellent service

There was an issue with the room and staff quickly resolved problem by providing another room. Service in all restaurants used was excellent. Good selection of fresh food at breakfast. Taxi service provided was wonderful. My driver was polite and drove smoothly.

Pleasurable Stay

This is one of the better stays I have had in India and kudos to the Taj Hospitality team to convert my trip from ordinary to special. Breakfast experience was just about ok on both days and team needs to work had to live up to the brand name of Taj Hospitality. Lunch experience on the 2nd day was very dissappointing but post my feedback Executive Chef Balaji and his team did an awesome job to make us feel special and this experience made my visit memorable. The location to the property is unbeatable with massive open spaces to walk around and relax. The pool area is excellent and one can spend the full day hanging around there. The range of restaurant options is excellent and one need not worry to step out of the resort if not needed. Once again I thank Balaji and his team for looking after us.

i recently stayed in a sea facing room which was excellent, almost on sea front.. My booking was with all meals. On check-in i was told to use GRAND SALA venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner., It was difficult to locate this venue almost underground , a big hall with no windows , ventilators and natural light. It had long rows of tables .atmosphere here was very depressing.,.. after the dinner i told them of my bad experience, and only then they told me that i can go to two other restaurants at the property, which they dint tell me on check-in.

One of the best experiences of service I have had. The team were very customer focused, knew their specialisms and were able to provide a very memorable stay. Riya and Nikita were stars for the whole stay and helped us with information and any requests we had. Deepak, Nitin, Malick and Thulsi were exceptional in the café/restaurant and always very attentive and served with a smile. Chef Vidhya was another star who even cooked special meals to allow us to taste some of her great food. Dattaram ensured we were looked after throughout our stay. The property has a great vibe and resort feel with lovely open areas and uses fans more than air conditioning, which provides that more traditional experience. The room we had was spacious and had a good view. The high tea is wonderful and has plenty of choices which vary daily. It was hard to fault this hotel and our stay except that we should have stayed longer!

Typical Portuguese style hotel built 30 years ago. Now a Taj property. Service not upto Taj standard especially Reception staff. Bit slow. Nice ambiance. Rooms are real heritage type n big. Portico u hv to squeeze your self. High tea horrible. At least they gave nice dosa. Cold tea. One small not so exciting bar. Food ok not super. The adjacent property Horizon is supposed to be modern with great view of the sea, The Heritage is closer to sea n few steps away. The beach is black sand . Bit muddy to have a dip. Good enough for a morning or evening walk. Half Taj standard property.

Fabulous Stay at Taj Cidade de Heritage Goa

It was a fabulous stay in Taj Cidade De Goa Heritage. the Decor of the Hotel is traditional portuguese and there is a touch of portuguese home at each and every corner combined with Goanese hospitality at its finest. Right from the point you enter the hotel there is a festivity, liveliness and happiness around with the musicians and the hostel staffs greeting you with their warmth. The care and hospitality that has been provided by this Taj hotel in particular is out of the world. I have been to many Taj properties before but this the finest so far. The live music performance starting with Mr. Ashley during the morning breakfast, the musicians who played in the afternoon and evening; the care and personal chat with the chef Amarnath Pande who attended us and literally wanted to treat us with his handmade risotto which I would have loved to taste but we missed it due to a meeting, the care by Mr. Raymond by serving us the best of Taj masala tea and each and every person who were there. We are absolutely floored. God bless you all!!! Look forward to come back over and over again to this property.

Taj Heritage has such attentive staff, wonderful food and drinks, and probably the best hidden beach in Goa. The facilities are just picturesque perfection. I took pictures from each angle of the facility and I don’t know which is best. If for no other reason, I will return just for the open air sitting deck’s stunning view - I could sit there and read all day. The grounds are immaculately kept, the swimming pool well maintained, and my room had an incredible view of the water. The facility’s security is always present yet not intrusive, if you are a family and want peace of mind. The dining options - in and outside of the room - are quality, and they’re diverse, whether barbecue, traditional Indian, or Portuguese-Goan fusion. While in Goa, I visited other nearby upscale resorts for dinners and meetings - these shared Taj’s convenient proximity to downtown, facilities, dining options, and security. The two assets that separate Taj Heritage are it’s naturally secluded beach and it’s warm and attentive staff. A local businessman was who told me about the hotel and it’s beach - he and his son visit it often. But I was even more impressed by the staff. Goans are special people with a reputation for friendliness. At Taj, I felt like the hotel used this natural resource better than elsewhere. Staff were always politely inquiring if I needed anything, making a local’s suggestions, and just talking with me about this or that. They felt genuinely engaged with the patrons.
