"From the welcome at the lobby to the facilities and location, we found the hotel an excellent base for visiting Bangkok. It has direct access to the skytrain and just one stop from the river. We used the spa, the gym and the pool during our stay. We also chose executive lounge access, which was good value and a great place to unwind from the busyness of the city. The staff were excellent - extremely welcoming and helpful. We recommend and plan to return."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, the lady at the front desk was super helpful, gave me some great help with the area . My room was clean, spacious, great bathroom, views of the river. The bed super comfy. I enjoyed drinks on the rooftop in the evening , again the staff were really lovely as I was a solo traveler. I had dinner at the Ale pub, the staff were great, unfortunately the food was not good at all and I left most of it. That said, breakfast the next morning was amazing. A wonderful spread, friendly atmosphere ~ I look forward to returning."
