"We went here with another couple and enjoyed 2 junior suites next to one another without other rooms nearby. Everything was great: room, staff, food. We especially loved the birding tour with Julian Fernandez which started at 5:15 AM to look for quetzals (which we saw) and after breakfast we continued with the tour until 11. Julian was so knowledgable and took the time to explain many fascinating things about birds. This is definatly a bird watcher's paradise. I used the hot tub and even enjoyed...

"Wonderful quiet retreat. Spent our evenings watching toucans and cooling off in the pool.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Food was excellent - avocado toast for breakfast was a highlight.
No TV in the room was great! Meant we really had a chance to disconnect from the world!"
