Nicht schlecht aber 4 Sterne leider nicht . Abends keine Terrasse, Bar 21 Uhr geschlossen und keine Bedienung außerhalb des Restaurants. Die Bar am Pool war nicht besetzt. Keine Unterhaltungsmöglichkeit im Hotel. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, die Zimmer waren sauber

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Das Frühstück war ok. Das Personal an der Rezeption und die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich und nett. Das Personal im Restaurant/Frühstücksraum hingegen könnte sich daran mal ein Beispiel nehmen, die waren meist leider eher unfreundlich.

Hotellet hadde ikke rom ledig når vi ankom, selv om vi hadde en bekreftet bestilling med referansenummer fra Hotels.com. Svært dårlig logistikk på dette hotellet. Der sto vi, og ingen rom. Siden det også var påske, var hotellene i nærheten fullbooket, men vi fikk plass på et svært dårlig hotell i nærheten, Hotel Bellevue hvor folk hadde med hundene sine inn i frokostrommet!! Ikke velg noen av disse hotellene i Doksy er min anbefaling

General Remark: The hotel itself is nice and everything is in good shape - but in my opinion it is not 4 star standard We had an apartment with 2 rooms and one room was never cleaned.The wellness area is nice but due to the opening hours we were not able to visit if very often (closes at 7). I am travelling on a regular basis and usually stay >60 days a year in various Hotels. The service in the restaurant of Hotel Berg was the worst service I have ever experienced. Zero customer orientation and not very friendly at all. The most important thing is to do a reservation (restaurant was almost empty), doesn't matter if it is 5 minutes before you want to have dinner but anyhow you need it. When we arrived at the restaurant we were forced to decide if we want a starter or not. We didn't get time to review the menu first. When I decided for my main course the waiter told me that he wouldn't recommend it - so I took Pizza (but I wouldn't recommend it too). Please do not ask for a drink when you are in wellness or atthe hotel bar! They have opening hours you do not see anywhere and those hours must be very precise timeslots because we were never able to get a drink (but there were 2 standing people behind the bar) ;) The ladies at the massage and reception were friendly and helpful and the Lake Macha is a great location to spend some time and have fun. If I ever go there again I will definitely try Hotel Port.

Hotel Berg - kvalita nodpovídá 4 hvězdičkám!!!

V hotelu jsme strávili se 2 dětmi 4 a 1 rok 4 noci. Byli jsme ubytováni ve 3.patře - bez výtahu, restaurace je v -1. patře. (v roce 2017 se tedy jedná o plně bariérový 4 hvězdičkový hotel...) Za 4 dny nebyl koberec v pokoji ani jednou vyluxován, WC ani jednou uklizeno, včetně záchodové mísy! Možná by se pokojské měly věnovat více úklidu namísto focení lednice, kam jsme si uložili vodu a dětský příkrm - za tuto "službu" nám bylo naúčtováno 100 Kč! Nikdy jsem v hotelu nezažil menší koupelnu (odhaduji 1,2 x 1,2 m) V restauraci dostanete do 17 do 19 hodin pouze pizzu, po 19 hodině i další jídlo, ale musíte si rezervovat stůl. Kvalita jídla standardní, snídaně velmi dobré s výjimkou kávy, ta byla kyselá. Úklidu se nevěnují ani zde, u snídaně jsme našli na zemi zbytky od večeře... Na standardní dotazy jsme dostávali odpovědi nevím nebo nejde. Po celém hotelu najdete ocenění, která hotel získal, ale upřímně nechápu za co... Naše hotely na tom nejsou s kvalitou tak zle, aby hotel Berg v něčem vítězil. Pokud jste fanouškem "malíře" Ringo Čecha, pak si přijdete na své, ale já bych doporučil, aby se v hotelu více věnovali kvalitě, čistotě a servisu pro hosty. Celkově jsme velmi zklamaní, hotel b\ch nikomu nedoporučil, zejména hostům, kteří očekávají 4 hvězdičkovou kvalitu služeb, nedostanete ji v žádném případě. Cena rozhodně neodpovídá kvalitě, kterou dostanete! Hodně cestuji i služebně, ale hotel Berg je nejhorší 4 hvězdičkový hotel nejen v ČR, který jsem navštívil.

Gemütliches Hotel

Unsere Suite war sehr schön nur leider das Bad etwas klein. Im 3 Stock ohne Aufzug mit Baby ist auch nicht gerade leicht... Das Essen war ok aber nichts besonderes, es liegt nah am See und ist schön ruhig. Leider war die Rezeption so gut wie nie besetzt und wir mussten eine halbe Stunde warten bis wir endlich auschecken konnten. Der spa Bereich war sehr sauber und schön doch die Auszeichnung als Therapie spa haben sie nicht verdient, die Massage war leider enttäuschend. alles in allem trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt
