Lovely place and lovely staffs

Stayed 5 nights, very satisfied overall. The place is out of the city in between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai so you'll need to arrange transportation whereever you want to go. They don't have a grand lobby, nothing luxary. However if you are looking for a nice quiet place, this is a place for you, we had a room with a sunrise view every norning. There were 2 rooms rented during my stay, with a total of 4 guests including us, but the staffs were hard to working keep everywhere tidy and clean. Swimming pool was always cleaned, breakfasts were served with 4 choices, cooked as you seated and were served fresh and hot. The staffs were working hard to satisfied guests - they don't have foreign exchanges but they made a trip to a local bank to get it for me. I offered a lower exchange rate to cover their trip to the bank but they simply just give me the Thai Baht at the bank rate, very impressed.

The hotel is absolutely hopeless. It says spa in the name but the hotel doesn’t have any spa or massage facilities, no staff for the same. Hotel doesn’t have anything except rooms and swimming pool. There is nothing for recreation, nothing for adults or kids, the area of the hotel isn’t very attractive or clean. No bar which is another no no. And there are absolutely no options for people who don’t eat Thai food. Absolutely nothing, we almost starved through the day. Generally a very bad experience, room was okay so we mostly stayed in.

Thank you for your comments. As a personal tailor - style resort, we stayed to relax and experience the tranquility of the countryside, which is very different from the general hotel-style resort. I regret that your travel orientation is different from ours, and I deeply regret to give you a bad impression and look forward to your coming again.

Great room condition, nice view, good service

I stay for 3 nights here first, and then I add 3 night stay because I love this place. Very nice place. Wide & nice room with beautiful view, friendly & kind staffs, good service. You can take a rest, swim, ride a bike in peaceful nature. They also offer shuttle service to the city, shopping mall, the airport and hot spring. So you can go everywhere. No need to rent a motorbike or car :) And you can order food here. diverse menu. Maybe next visit, I will stay here :) very satisfied.

Wir hatten 7 Nächte im Suwannatara Resort. Das Personal und das Luxury Zimmer waren sehr gut. Leider ist der Rest der Anlage nicht sonderlich einladend. Das Frühstück ist nicht wirklich umfangreich und auch den wenigen Gästen geschuldet. Das WiFi funktioniert wenig bis überhaupt nicht. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto oder Moped, das Hotel liegt ca. 30 min ausserhalb Chiang Mai.

Je ne recommande pas.

L’hotel est beaucoup trop excentré du centre de Chiang Mai environ 30 minutes en voiture. Aucun service de transport, les taxis ne connaissent pas l’adresse et lorsque l’on montre le mieux sur la carte c’est trop loin pour eux ... Le personnel et notamment la responsable ne donne aucune aide pour se déplacer sauf des locations de véhicules. Personnel pas souriant, et ne cherche pas à comprendre notre anglais. L’hôtel est propre et les chambres très confortable.

Great stay, would definitely stay again

This hotel is something special, it is a bit far from downtown but if you are looking for a quiet and intimate hotel this is the place, right next to the rice fields this is a great place to enjoy the countryside and at the same time have all the usual amenities. Would definitely recommend it.

Clean room, far from city.

Clean, but needs a renovation. Room was nice. In my opinion pool was too risky, and lots of mosquitoes around. Staff smiled occasionally, but lacked personality. We decided to change hotel closer to the city and were happier with our next selection; Harmony resort.

Not worth the price

- Wrong advertisment! There is no Sauna or Steam Room for use ! - Bicycles for use are not maintained and dangerous to use - Breakfast Buffet cant be eaten because its full of MSG added

Good hotel not far from city

It is hard to find this hotel. Room is well and comfortable. Breakfast is a good set (4 sets are available). There are swimming pool and greenful garden with flowers and fruits.

Super!

Ontzettend mooi resort. De tuin ligt er schitterend bij. Wij hadden een villa kamer en dat zag er zeer netjes en goed uit. Iedere dag werd de kamer verschoond en zelfs de kleding die we hadden gewassen en buiten hadden gehangen om te drogen hadden ze later (toen we er niet waren) netjes opgevouwen of opgehangen. Super!! In overleg brengt het personeel je naar de stad Chiang Mai, wanneer je een uitstapje wilt maken. Ze halen je ook weer op! (Tegen een kleine toeslag) Het eten in het restaurant is ook superlekker! We moesten wel eerder op de dag aangeven wat we wilden eten. We hebben ook een keer een dagje bij het zwembad gehangen en dat was ook heerlijk, ze kwamen de lunch helemaal bij het zwembad brengen (ipv dat we naar het restaurant moesten). Alles was perfect!!

Nice and quiet resort in the country side

We stayed one night here for a stopover between Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai. The resort is very nice and well maintained and most of all, tucked away in the country side right beside a farm. It is quiet and feels rural. The service was very good and the food as well. I would recommend this resort to everybody.
