A wonderful stay again! Villa pool needs a bit of maintenance attention shower area was tired around pool and the plastic on pool vents need a good clean. The rooms and bathrooms beautifully clean and cleaning staff should be commended on this. Breakfast is fantastic and dining facilities are excellent. Front of house Staff and valets helpful, polite and friendly. Gym immaculate!

The service at the Chedi was amazing, special thanks to Alina and Nimish who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was very memorable. Breakfast was outstanding and there is a good restaurant for evening meal. The only drawback was no alcohol is served as it’s in a dry area of Doha so you need to get a taxi into town. It only took about 10 mins so it’s not far. We would definitely recommend it and will be returning very soon!

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel is beautiful with an awesome adult pool and still impressive kids pool. Breakfast was delicious, some of the best croissants I’ve ever had , don’t miss out on the pistachio and almond croissants. You can get a golf buggy to most areas of Katara village and it’s close by snd a lot to see, so location is great. Staff went above and beyond. Special mention to Chaima on reception,(she went out of her way to help retrieve my lost sunglasses) King, Charles, Akhmet and Noufael all at front of house and Wasim and Richard the concierges. They couldn’t do enough and genuinely friendly and warm. Wasim at concierge helped make reservations to the dessert safari and various restaurants and even escorted us in the golf buggy to the restaurants he recommend. 5 star service!

This hotel was created by a genie who popped out of Aladdins magic lamp. It is absolutely off charts in service and splendor of the property and beach with 60 meter lap pool next to the swimming pool with its own restaurant. I walked to the Katara Cultural Village not expecting to see an amazing collection of cultural institutions restaurants and ultra shopping. I have not showed any pictures of Chedi to my wife because she couldn’t come and I don’t want to make her mad she missed it. The manager upgraded me to a suite that words can’t describe.

Just returned from a week’s stay at this stunning hotel. All i can say is WOW!! It certainly has the wow factor from decor to views to service. I am massive on service and i can’t fault a single member of staff there. Everyone in the hotel ALWAYS said salaam or hello and helped with all my queries. King and Naoufel at the door always asked about my day and we always had a good chat whilst waiting for a taxi. Richard assisted me with my luggage when i was leaving and was very helpful. The spa is a must go to when staying in Doha. The staff were all so attentive and assisted me with the treatments to suit my needs. Dayu was amazing with her massage and i expressed how massages triggered my sciatica at times so she made sure this didn’t happen. I felt so stress free after it. Suzie was very good with the facial and my skin still feels amazing. On the beach the lifeguards always put out your towels for you and gave you water in ice. Haseeb usually took my order for Spanish iced lattes from the Beach restaurant. His service was very good and we always had a good chat about things to do in and around Doha. Lastly i would like to thank the cleaners who don’t get enough credit for what they do. My room was made to look immaculate every time i came back in the afternoon. They would then come late afternoon to check if anything was required. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Das Zimmer war schön, das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool genial. Das Facial fantastisch! Leider waren die letzten 3 Tage extrem laut, da geschweißt und gehämmert wurde. Und zwar den ganzen Tag bis in den späten Abend. Zwar kam ein Schreiben des Managements, man hätte aber zumindest eine kleine Entschuldigung in Form von ein bisschen Obst oder Pralinen auf das Zimmer der Gäste bringen können. Es stand auch nicht in dem Schreiben, dass der Krach tagelang geht. Am Pool war es nicht möglich zu liegen, auf dem Balkon konnte man auch nicht sitzen wegen fürchterlichem Krach. In so einem Hotel hätte man das anders handhaben müssen. Wir haben sehr, sehr viel Geld für die Reise bezahlt, dann ist dies schon ärgerlich, wenn man mehrere Tage nicht genießen kann.

Wiederholung auf sicher

Wir haben uns im The Chedi in Doha sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut begeistert hat uns der gigantische Pool im Outdoor Bereich. Der Service war gut und das Personal zuvorkommend, einzig ein kleines Problem bei der Anreise mit dem Zimmer, aber sonst alles tipptopp.
