We had a fantastic time! The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were particularly impressed with the restaurant; the food was absolutely delicious. It made our stay feel even more special!

The room was very clean. Very friendly staff. The location of the hotel was so helpful, close to the train station, local amenties and restaurants. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Will be back!

Perfect Family Residence

We stayed in the 3 Bed Residence and it was phenomenal value for the space/comfort & amenities surrounding. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. Perfect for families.

I would rather be given what I paid for rather than be treated nicely by staff after having had to complain. Booked two rooms, both had to be changed because they were not what were expected. I communicated with the Hotel about the need for two twin rather than one king bed and they would only say 'subject to availability'. On getting there, there were no twin beds. A complaint to the manager resulted in changing our room to one with twin beds the same night. So it was possible but they couldnt be bothered with my communication and it took a complain to get exactly what I paid for. Having got that out of the way, the staff on ground were very good and helpful. The cleaners were exceptionally efficient and I did eventually end up enjoying the stay. Some facilities in the bathrooms need to be updated to reflect five star but they are not bad enough to ruin a stay.

We stayed in the residence side and the room were sooo modern and had every white goods needed for a comfterable space. Highly recommned this hotel. The pool, food, staff memebers alll soo professional and very very nice. Location is close to the main attractions can walk to sm destinations or taxi are so cheap. You wont be dissapointed with this hotel at all.

What a lovely 12 days we had in Doha and all was made even better wit our stay at the residence apartments here. The staff were amazing, the facilities are excellent and location is perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will look to stay here again on my next visit

I stayed for four nights. The staff were friendly and the food was good overall, although I wasn’t a big fan of the seafood night. Unfortunately, the main issue was the bed — there appeared to be bed bugs, and I ended up with a rash all over my body. That was very disappointing and uncomfortable.
