"The room was very clean"

"Location was unique with steep drive up -- nice view of the mountains after walking through the dense growth of foliage, shrubs and tall trees. No lighting in the kitchen area and overall general poor lighting. Appliances ok. Bring your own potable (Bottled) water and bathroom tissue, JUST IN CASE. Bathroom was clean and ok overall."

"I was locked out of my room at 1am. Went to the front desk to get a new key and seen a sign at the front desk saying "we are closed, back at 815 am". So they didn't have a nightshift and I was locked out of my room all night. When I told the manager at 815 that I was locked out of my room all night, he said "we are open at night". Absolutely the worse place I have ever stayed!"

"The views were fantastic . The lobby very welcoming . Staff extremely attentive and price reasonable . Many simple added touches such as housecoats and slippers blankets to sit on back deck with. Fresh water in mini fridge. Tye list goes on and on. Would stay again for sure"

"Very nice room, but there was no shampoo nor was there any body wash in the dispensers in the shower house keepers must have overlooked them. I arrived right after the tavern closed so missed out on dinner, so if you plan to eat there and are arriving later in the evening - call ahead and see when they close as it is a good 15 min drive back to town."

"The hotel was decently clean but so many things were NOT up to standard. The gym smelled moldy and had one kettlebell and two cardio pieces that were very old and gross. The clock wasn’t working and there was nothing to clean the equipment with. The second floor ice maker didn’t work. The plug in by the nightstand was so loose it didn’t charge anything. The shower made a screaming noise for about 5 minutes. Even the key cards looked like they’d been used 100 times and were dirty and scratched...

"Overall our stay at the hotel was very good. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and when mentioning this to the front desk as our reason for the stay we were upgraded at no additional cost to the honeymoon suite, though it was not expected and definitely a pleasant surprise. The facility itself was upkept and had amazing views. Though the room wasn't the cleanest. mostly everything on the surface and the things that you would interact with regularly in a hotel room were fresh and cleaned. But...
