"No elevator for three story hotel. Staff or contractors working on cement walkway between rooms on all levels. Laundry was in a basement with two washers and two dryers that had “out of order” on them. It was unbelievable with so many people and rooms that there weren’t more machines. People go to Golden to hike the nearby national parks. We had to go into town to find laundromat. One of the beds had unclean bedding but that was quickly replaced by housekeeping when I called front office. Office...

"The room is too small. It is difficult for two people to navigate around the king sized bed and there is no suitable place to sit."

"Spacious room, huge washroom, comfy beds, nice touch with the fluffy robes. Hotel was quiet at night. Plenty of options for the continental breakfast. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant onsite. Would stay again."

"The room was pretty good with the exception of the dustiest lamp bulbs Ive ever seen. The shower was gross!! Scale and residue from many showers with little or no cleaning. One of the face cloths was all black including someone elses dirty finger prints and the sink water stinks bad!"

"Room smelt horrible had to leave windows open to air out the room each time we came back. TV didn’t work the two days we were there. Shower barely gets you wet you’d think they could afford to replace the 1980’s shower heads. Ask for a call from the manager and still haven’t gotten the call. WYNDAM shouldn’t attach their name to this place."

"Very nice propoerty, did not have much time to enjoy the beatiful views from the property due to our schedule and 1 nignt stay. Getting to the location after sunset can be a challenge, especially if there are repairs planned for approach bridge."

"It’s Ok, we’ve stayed for 3 nights, it is clean but there’s other stuff that needs to improve like the stairs, it’s kinda falling apart and the lighting is a bit off, I need more brighter light."

"Great home base for exploring Yoho NP. Quaint atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast included. Great restaurant next door for dinners. Walk to gondola. Kim and Izzy were delightful hosts. Can’t go wrong staying here. Super clean and quiet room."
