"This was honestly the worst experience at any place I’ve stayed at in Ghana. I booked this room because it had amenities that I needed like a washer. I tried to wash clothes and the washer was broken and it leaked all over the floor. There was only one outlet in the entire unit that I could use, the couch was broken, there was no drying rack like other units had to dry clothes, the handle for the showerhead was broken so in order to bathe, you had to hold it. They weren’t willing to give me any...

"The room looked like it has not been used for a while. The fridge was dirty we had to use antibacterial wipe to clean inside. There were no towels and no soap, when I asked I was told all the towels have been washed.The bathroom was not clean, towel holder was broken. There was no water on second day"
