"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dåligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa till. Ingen välkomnande känsla överhuvudtaget, vilket satte tonen för resten av vistelsen. Jag hade förväntat mig en helt annan standard och service. Rekommenderas tyvärr inte. "
