"A nice place to stay."

"Very good hotel"

"I love the customer service front desk, housekeeper, bell boy, parking valet, breakfast restaurant and personal. No complaints at all. The best customer service above and beyond. So friendly, so helpfull. I want to come back."

"Poor condition"

"A good place to stay, with a good breakfast buffet. One thing I did not like much, was the air conditioning unit placed next to the bed and the air blows directly at you when in bed. It has a fixed venting, and they should consider to replace it with an oscillating system. Uncomfortable during sleep time and more if set to high mode. Other than that, had a good experience. A good swimming pool to relax in a hot weather."

"Everything was good about my stay. The only thing I wish they would do is to make a bit more changes to their breakfast. It is almost like the same breakfast every day."

"The staff is excellent!!"

"The Staff , clean rooms ."

"This hotel is definitely my go to in any future visit to Managua. Plenty of parking great location restaurants, shopping and many local gems near by. Short drive to any location in the city."

"Es un lugar muy limpio. Y buen desayuno. Y el servicio muy bueno."

"Please read reviews the hotel rooms have no air from outside coming in is an oven so hot even with fans if no AC do not stay if ya don’t pay AC and there is no hot water expedia doesn’t say there is an extra charge a day for Ac which is $29 a day for it. I say skip this hotel and dinner included isn’t worth the oven of rooms and the beds are hard and it feels like a prison in there! Stay away!! Try a more traditional family oriented hotels is more pleasing!"

"Uhhh"

"This was our first time staying at the Wayak. While it is very conveniently located, it is lacking in some areas. The fact there is not bar or regular restaurant was a little frustrating. There was no mini refrigerator, coffee pot, cups, or ice machine. There was one small bar of soap and package of shampoo. We had a downstairs room, and whomever was staying upstairs was very loud and disturbing. Again, it was a fine place and great value, just not our type of place."

"Un lugar muy agradable donde todo queda a la mano."

"No me atendieron No quede en el hotel.porque no permitieron agregar a mi esposa. Todavía diciéndole que IVA a pagar la diferencia"

"the food, no good"
