"Staff were great! When we checked in our room the air conditioning wasn't really working, not getting cold. Asked about it, then they gave us a upgrade to another room. The hotel is a bit old, but they are updating their rooms. Overall our stay was great!"

"Room was very clean. Bed was really comfy. But pillows so soft they need to allot 2 pillows per person. It was not clear to me that I should've requested a ground floor kitchenette because of the stairs. Not all rooms were renovated yet so was "upgraded" to a renovated room on the first level. No kitchenette, small but adequate for 2 nights. Staff was very nice. I would suggest an ice machine in the front office would be nice."

"The free shuttle to/from the airport provided was great. The spacious room comes with kitchenette, but a shallow bath tub. It comes with nice fluffy bath towels, Our unit has a balcony facing the front carpark unfortunately. The room has a big TV in front of the bed, but strangely the sofa area is near front door without the TV. Enjoyed the heated indoor pool and it is big enough for swimming. The gym is decent but didn’t use it, Overall we had a comfortable stay. Great to have the liquor store in hotel and walking distance to good Chinese restaurant."

"Very good, newly repaint. Only small annoying things: wifi terrible and when I asked for a paid one they gave me instructions and a code to access the same wifi (unpaid) - following the written instructions millions of pop-ups appeard; toilet paper in small quantities; no airport shuttle; the safe was already locked."
