"The front desk and breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Will stay again. "

"The hotel as a facility was okay. When I asked about shows and activities they didn't tell me they hosted the Tony Rigatoni show and offered a 20% discount on the tickets. After I bought the tickets elsewhere and told them that I had specifically asked them about it, the desk person basically shrugged. The "free breakfast" was the most underwhelming I've ever seen over years of frequent travels. They gave us a buy one/get one coupon on check-in that we did not use when we met people who told us they had used theirs and that it was worse than the basic free breakfast. I called the front desk for an extra pillow and was never contacted. The atmosphere was unfriendly/unhappy."

"Human and dog hair in bathroom and on shower laundry. Door didn’t close all the way unless slammed and wasn’t sealed. Was not not aware there was loud construction"

"We did not eat breakfast there so I can’t speak on the breakfast. The staff was awesome. The rooms were very clean. They are outdated but nice and quiet and clean."

"The room was very clean, possibly the cleanest I have seen ever. The breakfast was like full blown buffet. Easy in, easy out for travel and check-in. The only problem we had was some young ones close to our room on the last night that checked in at 2;00am and made quite a ruckus. I called the front desk at 3:00am and told them about it - quickly it was taken care of, but the damage was done for me, that took care of the sleep the rest of the night. But I would not hesitate to stay again!"
