"Good"

"We had a mix up on sleeping arrangements and ended up without enough beds for our group. When I shared our issue with the manager he went out of his way to not only put us in another room but also found us a room that had an adjoining room that allowed us to have even more space and beds. I am not sure what we would have done without his willingness to accommodate our needs. Not every hotel would do that. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Branson."

"Very clean and well maintained for the age and nightly price of property."

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Element, Westin, purchased from Marriott. The whole staff was so helpful and pleasant to speak with, the place was very clean too. I love that it would let you borrow their bicycles. The indoor pool was very clean, the gym as well. They even had a grill to make your own meals. Among the whole staff, Tanya, Phoenix, were names that we recall, but overall, everyone was so hospitable!!! The yogurt stand was my favorite!!! We look forward to visiting...

"The breakfast was a little disappointing, repeatedly out of eggs, potatoes or coffee. besides the breakfast overall experience was good."

"Never saw anyone that worked there until when we were pulling out to leave for home. No one there to check in had to do it by phone with the street noise in the background."

"Breakfast was good, offering numerous options. Pool was nice & clean. The actual room was small. Struggled to set up two regular size suitcases. The was well worn and desperately needs upgrades."

"Nice rooms and clean for an older property. Very friendly staff, beds were great only problem we had was the added perfume to the ac unit. Must have been freshly applied took a few hours for the perfume smell to fade out. Other than that would stay again."

"Room was clean, staff friendly and pleasant to deal with."

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Good location to all the event venues. You do have to drive, but ot was good not to be on the main drag. I would recommend to anyone."
