"Very nice hotel and we really enjoyed the location, cleanliness and how quiet the room was. It was disappointing to show up an hour before check-in and be told that our room was ready to be checked in, but if we wanted to do that, we'd have to pay an extra $25. We didn't pre-arrange an early check-in so they didn't have to do anything extra for that and it would cost them nothing to allow us to drop our bags in our room and then go out to eat, but no. Difference between a customer first place...

"The room was very clean. The best part was the pool and hot tub. Both were very clean and smelled clean. Plenty of towels and it stayed open until 1030 for late arrivals. Breakfast was standard."

"Very nice property. Staff was not very welcoming"

"Great for families and beautiful location"

"Large, comfortable suites with all the amenities you need. Free shuttle into downtown Breckenridge."
