"The location is excellent. The room is small with a very small bathroom and a strong smell of smoke. The towels are worn out and old but are clean. Because I visited it in Jan., no other customers checked in the hotel that day by my observation. Some family members are seat at first floor area when I walked in later afternoon that day, and made me thought I got wrong place. Considering the price, it is acceptable. But, I may not recommend it to my friends. "

"We loved Foça, and we loved this hotel! Everything is within walking distance, and we will definitely be back. When we return to Foça, we’ll stay here for sure. The only drawback was that the stairs were quite steep. Breakfast was served at a restaurant just two minutes away, and it was so plentiful we couldn’t finish it! We also recommend trying Cadde Lokantası—it was excellent. Best Manti ever!"

"A few teething issues for this new hotel - beautifully styled, charming staff, and a great breakfast but for the time ( one night) we were there, the lift, our room door, the air con and the hot water all failed!! "The small room has a bed and a small bathroom (shower not separated from the floor). The air conditioning works great. What is special is that "furniture" is part of stone walls. The location is in the city centre, which means it's walkable but also noisy, especially since the windows don't really close."
