"Clean room, staff was good, only stayed 1 nite easy check-out "

"Check-in was easy, the condition of the room was good, and it was a real breakfast in the morning… Not a Continental excuse for a breakfast, which was a very nice surprise"

"Asked for a later checkout and was told it would be fine as long as we were out by 3 pm as 4 pm is when they would charge for another night stay. At 12:15 house keeping banged on the door demanding us to leave so I called the front desk again and he informed me he told me 2 pm was the time he stated (which he did not —he said 3 pm) I informed him if the calls are recorded he should go back and listen to our conversation as he at this point was lying about it. He put me on hold to go speak to house keeping which I’m positive he probably just put me on hold and didn’t say a word. Terrible customer service in my opinion."
