Brauch man nicht

Frühstück war nicht möglich da ich der einzige Gast war der den Wunsch hatte zu Frühstücken. Insgesamt sehr unordentlich und verfallen an vielen Stellen. Die Bilder im Portal sind sehr gut gemacht und spiegeln nicht die Wirklichkeit ab.

Das Zimmer war sauber, due Betten ok usw. War mit dem Zimmer zufrieden. Jedoch wurde mir bei der Rechnung statt dem voll bezahllen Betrag ein geringerer Betrag eingetragen, weil der Rest für Provision von Hotels.com einbehalten wurde. Da ich geschäftlich unterwegs war, und ich die Rechnung mit vollem Betrag für die Nebenkostenabrechung brauche, habe ich dieses von der Firma nicht erstattet bekommen. In meinen Augen ist das ein No-Go von dieser Unterkunft, welche ich deshalb nicht mehr erneut buchen werde.

Gute Unterkunft

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste (wegen Corona) Wir bekamen bei Anreise Getränke, konnten den hinteren Eingang nutzen und bekamen ein angenehm kühles Zimmer. Frühstück gab es nicht und wir konnten bei Abreise die Tür hinter uns zuziehen. Für uns war das alles in Ordnung.
