Familienhotel, sehr sozial angagiert. Es sind auch Menschen mit Handycap beschäftigt die ihre Arbeit hervorragend machen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist zentral und der Strand ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Essen ist sehr gut, wie bei Mutter. Der Preis stimmt auch.

Very Noisy Hotel

The Hotel is clean but somewhat tired. The childrens play area is dangerous sue to missing steps/ broken seats. The biggest overall issue is the noise - it is impossible to sleep before midnight as music and singing from the next door venue at concert hall level volume . When I tried speaking to the staff they said there was nothing they could do as they didn’t want to upset next door management.

Praktisch kein W,Lan.Jeden Tag mehrmals Ausfall.Kein Video möglich.Abzocke am letzen Tag.was am Pool verzehrt und getrunken würde,mit notieren der Zimmernummer.In 4 Wochen,pro Tag ein Bier,4 Mal Pommes und 2 Obstteller.Musste beim Checkout 300 Euro per Karte bezahlen.Keine Zeit zum überprüfen und nachfragen ,da Chuttlelbus vor der Tür wartete zum Flughafen Izmir.Bin sehr enttäuscht.Personal ,sehr freundlich,Essen gut.War als Singledaddy mit Kind dort.Karlheinz Meinecke

Otelin konumu gayet merkezi. Altınkum Sahiline pek yakın. Kentin en canlı muhitinde. Binanın arkasındaki bahçede otopark mevcut. Manzara doğal olarak yok, çünkü bina kent merkezinde. ancak Resepsiyon hizmeti gayet etkin, çabuk ve güler yüzlü. Asansör kafi gelmiyor, çok bekleniyor. Oda genişliği olumlu. Odadaki malzemeler eski, ancak iyi çalışır durumda. Buzdolabı boş idi; Hiç değilse birkaç şişe su konulsa, yaz günlerinde makbule geçer. Kahvaltı tatminkar. Havuz ve bar + müzik cazip göründü; ancak, yararlanmaya vaktim olmadı. Ücretsiz kablosuz wi-fi hizmetinin sürati iyi. İyi bir kent oteli.

zorda kalmadıkça tercih etmem

otel oldukça eski. konumu çok iyi.merkezi bir yerde. otopark arka tarafta değişik kapılardan merdivenlerden falan gidiyorsunuz. akşam havuzbaşı eğlencesi diye birşey vardı,halay çekildi sürekli. daha çok doğulu kardeşlerimizin konakladığı bir yer olduğu için onlara yönelikti heralde eğlence. Restoranda çok ağır koku var. biz orda birşey yiyip içmedik. temizlik olarak iyiydi diyebilirim. erken saatte gitmemize rağmen yardımcı oldular oda hazırlattılar.

Okay it’s a bit loud at night being on pool side but manager is apologetic and offers road side room before you even get checked in. So very honest. The room is ice cold no extra charge for a/c . There is a fridge for drinks , great idea. The staff are more than happy to help you even struggling with speaking English. Most hotels are typically Turkish and can be rude but this was one of the best I have stayed in for being friendly and helpful. I will be back and I was 1 of 8 in our group and we all think the same.
