"Room was good for a young family of 4. Food was mostly beige at restaurant. Breakfast satisfactory but not Hilton. Pool etc separate to lodge and club extra cost .. not overly cheap. Club was great , location to lodge excellent. Plenty of decent eats in chirnside."

"Nice easy check in. Great ammenities on site"

"Very clean, staff helpful"

"The front desk people were very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. The room is spacious but a bit untidy. The housekeeping people also forgot to refill the facial tissue box. I will only stay again when the price is right!"

"Very helpful staffs and comfy beds. "

Our room was not serviced at all one of our 3 nights after informing...

"It would be beneficial particularly for older people to have a rail or hand bar in the shower just to make sure you didn't fall."

"Everything was good except that heater was not working properly for 3 nights. We stayed here for 5 nights. Without that it would have been perfect. "

"Brand new. Amazing recovery space. Bath room a but small but other areas were spacious"

"Great hotel. Very handy location near Collins Street and Southern across station. Super chic decor and styling. Very arty but still luxe. Pool is great, as is top floor restaurant/breakfast."
